TELUS Connecting For Good Programs

Non-Profit Organization inquiry form

Thank you for your interest in TELUS’ Connecting For Good programs. We are so fortunate to be approached by organizations such as yours who share in our efforts to improve the lives of Canadians.

Current Connecting for Good program status

As part of our Mobility for Good COVID-19 emergency response program, we have recently donated thousands of devices and plans valued at over $16M to help hospitalized COVID-19 patients connect virtually with loved ones, while also enabling isolated seniors and other marginalized Canadians to sustain contact with health and social support services during this challenging time. Given the overwhelming interest and success of this initiative, we have fully depleted our available inventory and are unable to support new requests at this time.

TELUS continues to offer the TELUS Mobility for Good program for eligible youth leaving foster care and low-income seniors and our Internet for Good program assists eligible low-income seniors, in-need people with disabilities, youth leaving foster care and low-income families. Visit the Mobility for Good and Internet for Good pages for all program details, eligibility criteria and to learn how to apply.

If your request does not fit into one of the above programs and you would still like to submit an inquiry for support on behalf of your Non-Profit Organization, please fill out the following form.

Review process and timelines:

TELUS reviews Non-Profit Organization (NPO) inquiries quarterly at the end of April, July, October and January. Due to volume of requests, we do not review inquiries outside of these times. An email response detailing our decision will be sent immediately following our quarterly review.

All inquiries are evaluated carefully against how it will help support TELUS’ social purpose to drive positive social outcomes in the areas of health, education and the environment.
