You can be referred for a face-to-face appointment at our clinics following a video consultation. Our patients must be registered with the TELUS Health MyCare app prior to visiting. Appointments for the clinic are scheduled in advance.

Vancouver: There is a paid underground lot in the alley between Cambie and Hamilton street on Robson street. Metered street parking is also available around the clinic. Please note that these parking facilities are not controlled or manned by TELUS Health MyCare or TELUS.

Victoria: There is minimal street parking in the surrounding neighbourhood. Note that most areas are marked as “Residential Parking Only” or are time-limited. Hourly and monthly parking is available on-site. There are public pay parking stalls available for visitor use. The visitor parking area is accessed off Menzies Street. Please note that these parking facilities are not controlled or manned by TELUS Health MyCare or TELUS.

Anyone with a TELUS Health MyCare account, or a child under the age of 16 who is added to their parent or guardian’s TELUS Health MyCare account, can make an appointment for one of our physical clinics. The clinicians will use their judgment to determine whether a parent or guardian (the account owner) needs to be present for an in-person consultation with a child under the age of 16.

Our platform primarily offers virtual health care services to improve access to care for all Canadians. In the majority of cases you will have a video-consultation with a Doctor first before being referred to our in-person clinics.

No, you will not be charged for accessing services at the TELUS Health MyCare clinic as long as you are entitled to provincial healthcare coverage in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Ontario.

Our clinics function similarly to another family practice. Doctors can perform a number of tests and procedures for patients and provide a series of examinations and counselling as well.

The same doctors will be regularly scheduled at the clinic and you may be scheduled with the same doctor though this will be based on the timing of your visit and availability. We aim to assign the same doctor for complex and chronic cases to provide continuity of care.
