Working Well

Corporate mental health programs

We offer an array of mental health and well-being programs for employers and their teams. Our programs are designed to equip teams with useful skills that can help build resilience, foster a sense of well-being and benefit their mental health.

Working Well programs are available individually or as a series. Not sure which one to book? We can help you find the right fit.


Our programs are:

  • Custom crafted for each unique team

  • Tailored to the unique culture, mental health priorities and wellness goals of each workplace

  • Facilitated by a trained clinician

  • Hosted on a virtual platform at a convenient time and date

  • Includes resources for participants

  • 60 minutes in total (45 minutes of clinician presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A)

Mental fitness

Mental fitness is as important as physical fitness in the health and well-being of employees, and has been shown to help reduce perceived stress, improve work engagement and job satisfaction, and cultivate creativity. 

This 4 part program includes a 1 hour session on each of the following topics:

  • Getting started with mental fitness

  • Mindfulness exercises  for busy schedules

  • Everyday self-compassion to help reduce burnout

  • Creating a mindful work environment

Caring for your own wellness

How an employee approaches work each day may be tied to their own personal well-being. The Caring for your own wellness program will help your team learn how to practice self-care, mindfulness and more so that they can arrive at work feeling their best.

This program will cover:

  • Learning to work smarter: how to manage your brain and body during a work day

  • Self-care strategies that can be used at home and in office

  • Recognizing signs of burnout

  • Understanding mindfulness

  • How to use self compassion and gratitude for self-care

Supporting the wellness of loved ones

Juggling work and personal life can be challenging, especially when caring for others. The Supporting the Wellness of Loved Ones program shows participants how to provide help and support for their family and friends while still taking care of themselves and their priorities. 

This program will cover:

  • How to leave work at work and maintain healthy work-life boundaries

  • How to be present with loved ones through listening, validation and empathy

  • How to recognize when your loved ones need support: knowing when wellness is slipping

  • How to access wellness and/or mental health services when a loved one is in need: couples, families, children

Sleep better, work smarter

Poor sleep has been shown to contribute to lower productivity at work at a high cost to employers. Building healthy sleep habits will allow your team to learn the necessity of a good night’s sleep, alongside practical advice for how to create sleep habits that last. 

This program will cover:

  • The importance of sleep and how to optimize it

  • Making sleep a priority for health and performance

  • Fostering good sleep with healthy habits

  • What to do when having difficulty sleeping

  • When to seek support

Creating healthy relationships at work

Forming healthy and collaborative relationships with peers is key to a happy and healthy team. Starting with an introspective approach, this program can help your team learn how to navigate day to day interactions, challenges and conversations while making sure everyone is heard. 

This program will cover:

  • Understanding your own emotions

  • Identifying signs of how your co-worker might be feeling

  • Meeting in the middle: how to navigate challenging conversations and interactions at work

Understanding anxiety and depression

Anxiety and depression can take a significant toll on an employee’s ability to perform their best at work and in their personal life. Our Understanding Anxiety and Depression program is an opportunity for your team to learn more from mental health professionals about signs to watch for and where they can seek support. 

This program will cover:

  • Beyond wellness and burnout: Understanding the signs of anxiety and depression

  • Signs of depression: biology, psychology, and the environment

  • Signs of anxiety: biology, psychology, and the environment

  • Resources and treatments available: when to get help and where to get it

Overcoming obstacles

It’s normal to experience a roadblock from time to time. Overcoming Obstacles equips your team with the tools they need to bounce back from dips while still looking after their health and well-being.

This program will cover: 

  • How to navigate a ‘dip’: Steps to get back on track

  • How to practice positive self-talk and keep yourself motivated

  • Embracing failure as a chance to learn something new 

  • How to overcome barriers to wellness and keeping yourself healthy

Navigating transitions

COVID-19 has disrupted routines and caused us to live with uncertainty. Periods of transition can be stressful, whether it’s the prospect of returning to the office, children shifting between school and online learning, or changing government restrictions. Participants will learn coping strategies and skills to build resilience and gain greater awareness of the mental health concerns of co-workers fostering a respectful and compassionate workplace.

This program will cover: 

  • Shared experiences of challenges, losses and grief during the pandemic

  • Effects of restriction measures on health, and ways to build resilience

  • Strategies to cope with anxiety, stress and uncertainty in the workplace

  • Maintaining safe environments for everyone

  • Approaches to better support those who may be struggling
